It's a basement apartment. It's nothing special but it's better than what we have. I'm not looking forward to all the deposits we'll have to do. Gas deposit: 190 Yikes. That's around $1000 in money that's just going to poof...how shitty. I am looking forward to decorating the new place, though. Hopefully we get the deposit back from where we're at now. I'd be bummed if we lost that $300. We aren't giving a full 30 days notice. It's hard to find new places to rent in this town so 30 days notice isn't exactly possible.
