trapeze-act's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - I have this really awful problem where I won't eat much all day and then before the baby goes to bed I'll go to the store, buy a pizza, and eat it. Not all if it. Usually 3-4 pieces. It's not a good habit, at all. I'm not proud of it. I have a pizza in the oven now. I drove around for 5 minutes before ultimately settling on buying one. I have no idea why I do this, or how to stop. I've tried limiting myself, forgoing pizza all together. I've tried being held accountable to someone and that doesn't always work, either. I've tried accepting it and hoping that will ease the issue, but nothing is helping.
