trapeze-act's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yoga I want to start doing yoga in the morning instead of taking a nap when the baby does. J says yoga is bad and opens the body up to evil. I had a friend my senior year of high school who said the same thing. I don't get it. Why and how? I thought yoga was about relaxation, stretching and centering yourself?
